Cecil will be very missed by myself and my husband. I, Paula, have known Cecil for several years and I loved him very much. He gave great hugs and was always there for me if I needed to talk. I will miss his wonderful smile and love in our church family. I know he's in a better place now, a place of peace, and I rejoice for that but the human part of me will always miss him.
